It was built in 1976 and rebuilt in June 2001. The total area is 60 mu. It is divided into four functional areas: Memorial area, martyr tomb area, youth education activity area and comprehensive service area. The first phase of the project includes martyr monument, revolutionary martyr memorial hall, warker memorial hall, martyr tomb area and memorial square.
