Gulangyu international lettering art museum

It is the only engraving art museum in China. The museum officially opened on the morning of March 24, 2008.

The newly opened Gulangyu international lettering art museum is located in a small sea viewing building with an area of more than 500 square meters opposite Shuzhuang garden. The first floor is set up as an international exhibition hall, and the second floor is China exhibition hall. At present, it is the only large-scale and high-grade international lettering art exhibition hall in the world. There are 407 works from China, Japan, South Korea, Singapore and Malaysia in the museum. Most of these works are selected from the 5th national and 8th International lettering art exhibition in 2004, representing the highest level of lettering art at home and abroad. The modern engraving art, which integrates calligraphy, engraving, painting, color, sculpture and decoration, has a distinctive flavor of the times and unique artistic charm, and is increasingly appreciated and favored by people.
