Zhaoyingfang folk village, located in Lintong District, Xi'an City, Shaanxi Province, opened a street to welcome guests on December 23, 2016.

Old streets, old factories, folk performances and delicious food. Here, tourists "cross" back to old Lintong to experience the unique customs of this cultural district.

Structural landscape

Zhaoyingfang folk village project covers an area of 22000 square meters. The project will transform and renovate the old factory buildings to create an architectural form with both a sense of the times and fashion. The project retains the vegetation that has survived for more than 30 years on the original site to create a leisure consumption experience in the shuxiayuan.

Zhaoyingfang folk village has complete functions, and folk snacks have their own characteristics. Guanzhong Grand Theater inherits the folk classics of Qinsheng, and tastes Guanzhong characteristic food. In addition, zhaoyingfang tea house, handicraft workshop, brewing beer workshop, bar, market and children's playground combine the advantages of Kuanzhai alley and Yuanjia village and become a new landmark of Lintong tourism culture and leisure.

historical origin

Lintong was called Zhaoying in ancient times. Zhaoying city was built in 744, the third year of Tianbao in Tang Dynasty. In 748, Emperor Xuanzong of Tang Dynasty merged Xinfeng County into Huichang county and renamed it Zhaoying county. Zhaoying square got its name from the historical origin of Tang culture.

Zhaoyingfang folk custom village has been rated as one of the top ten characteristic food districts in Xi'an. With the characteristics of "rural + urban" and "modern + traditional", it constructs a differentiated food tourism resort. With local scenic spots, hot springs, landscapes and other tourism resources, zhaoyingfang will create a unique cultural and creative tourism and experience interactive project in Lintong, and become a new business card of Lintong tourism.
