Zhiyang lake is located in Zhiyang village, Xiekou sub district office, Lintong District, Xi'an City, Shaanxi Province. Zhiyang lake, located on the west side of Lishan Mountain, is a dam reservoir built in 1969, 3 li away from Huaqing pool. Zhiyang lake is subordinate to Xiekou sub district office of Lintong District, Xi'an city. It is located in the central and southern part of Guanzhong Plain, half mountain plateau, adjacent to Longhai Railway and 108 National Highway, 26 kilometers away from Xi'an city and 7 kilometers away from terracotta warriors and horses. Zhiyang lake was originally a reservoir built by Zhiyang village in the fifties and sixties of Zhiyang valley. It is about 40 meters long from north to south

The dam cut off the flow between the two mountains. Climbing on the dam crest and looking up, you can have a panoramic view of Zhiyang lake. The lake is green and sparkling. The mountains on both sides stand up, and the lake is sandwiched between them. Like a mirror inlaid on the hillside. If you go to the middle of the lake by boat, the cool wind blows on your face, you will feel relaxed and happy, and the lake bank is full of twists and turns. At the source of the mountain, there are undulating mountains, ravines, green slopes and lush vegetation. If when the sun sets and the red clouds fill the sky, Lishan is bathed in a red light, then you can just look east to see the beautiful scenery of "Lishan evening light".
