Yongfeng Society

Yongfeng society is located in Zhongshan scenic spot of Zijinshan, Xuanwu District, Nanjing City, diagonally opposite Xingjian Pavilion, at No. 3, Zhongshan Mausoleum. It is now the only Bookstore named after Shishe in China Yongfeng Shishe, which is operated by Xianfeng bookstore.

Historical evolution

In 1933, Yongfeng society was donated by the Central Army Academy and destroyed during the Anti Japanese war.

In 1993, the administration was rebuilt as it was.

On September 11, 2014, after the planning of Zhongshan Mausoleum scenic area and the careful construction of Nanjing Xianfeng bookstore, Xianfeng bookstore opened here and became the only Bookstore named Yongfeng Shishe in China.

Architectural form

Yongfengshe has red columns and white walls, and the roof is of roll shed type. The original black tubular tile roof has been replaced by blue glazed tile to achieve the same tone with Zhongshan Mausoleum.
