It was completed in October 2012 and officially put into use at the end of 2012. It is one of the most modern university art museums in China. The museum is located in the main urban area of Nanjing, with the main entrance facing Huju North Road. The total construction area of the Art Museum of Nanjing Art Institute is more than 15000 square meters, with three floors above the ground and one floor underground. The exhibition area is more than 6000 square meters, with lecture hall, research room, restoration room, warehouse and other special space. The exhibition hall adopts the world-class German ERCO lighting system, and the whole hall has a constant temperature and humidity control system.

With nearly 200 seats and four channel simultaneous interpretation, the lecture hall is suitable for holding international academic seminars, special lectures and press conferences. Other public service facilities include front desk, check-in, coffee shop, bookstore and gift shop. The east gate of the Art Museum has a large area of Open Art Square, which provides a cohesive public open space for the city. 1、 Office

Responsible for conveying the decisions and work arrangements of the Department, coordinating the work of the library, and supervising the implementation of relevant departments. Responsible for secretarial, reception, file management, office supplies procurement, fixed assets management and property management, project management, general service desk, service center management, coffee shop and other public service facilities management.

2、 Academic department

Responsible for academic research, exhibition planning, academic discussion, literature sorting, media publicity, website management. To formulate the academic research topics, annual exhibition plan, document arrangement and Research on the collection works, organize academic lectures and seminars, compile the Library Journal, and exchange international exhibition activities.

3、 Exhibition Department

Responsible for exhibition design, exhibition presentation and exhibition management. Responsible for the specific implementation of the exhibition layout plan, the overall image of the exhibition packaging design, the pick-up and delivery of exhibition works, the lighting distribution and design in the exhibition hall, the on-site construction of the exhibition hall and the allocation of working hours for the deployment and removal of specific exhibitions.

4、 Ministry of public education

Responsible for planning and organizing public activities, popularizing art knowledge, promoting art education, etc. Responsible for tour guide service and volunteer team management, as well as fund raising, project development and art derivatives development.

5、 Collection department

To be responsible for the classification, storage and filing of the works in the collection to ensure the safety of the collection. Responsible for the restoration of the collection and the establishment of restoration files. Regularly check the collection library and maintain the facilities, do a good job in fire prevention, moisture-proof, insect prevention, dust prevention, etc., and formulate scientific preservation plans for different collections. Responsible for the collection image shooting and cataloguing, standardize the use of images. Make long-term collection plan and annual collection plan, develop diversified collection channels, and widely strive for donations.

7. According to international practice, no camera, flash or tripod are allowed in the exhibition hall. The photos taken are not allowed to be used for business or publication.
