Xingquanyu is located in the West Ditch of liangliangying village, wangguantun Town, Yanggao County. In the ditch, there are strange trees around the slope, flowers and birds smelling each other, and springs murmuring. Due to the lack of people, the natural scenery is well preserved. Taking xingquanyu leisure resort as the main body, the scenic spot makes use of the geological landforms formed by the old river course to build a plank road and a pond to raise poultry and livestock, so as to make the resort present a vigorous oasis landscape in the north.

Xingquanyu, Xigou, liangliangying village, wangguantun Town, is quiet and inaccessible. Taking advantage of the natural geological landforms formed by the ancient Yellow River Road, we will build a plank road and a pond according to the situation, plant willows and shade, introduce birds and livestock, build a leisure resort integrating ecological protection, planting and breeding, Koizumi water development, traditional culture excavation, martial arts sports research, tourism and vacation, fitness and health preservation, and build "the first victory Valley in northern Shanxi". In this valley, a small spring seeping from the wall of the ditch is skillfully caught by a half open U-shaped bamboo pipe, leading it into the main spring road of the valley, so as to prevent it from directly seeping into the ground and make the winner enjoy the cool. In addition, the small bridges, pavilions and pavilions, horse racing field and ecological hall all reflect the originality of the designers.
