Chengxiang town
Chengxiang Town, belonging to Long'an County, Nanning City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, is located on both sides of Youjiang River in the north central part of Long'an county. It is adjacent to Dingdang town and Luowei town of Wuming County in the East, natong town and Qiaojian town across the river in the south, Nanwei town in the west, Yanjiang town and Pozao town of Pingguo County in the north. The administrative area of Chengxiang town is 391.77 square kilometers. By the end of 2018, the number of registered residence in Chengxiang town was 76322.
In 1949, Long'an county was liberated, belonging to Wuming special area, and was changed into Jiefang township. In 1952, Jiefang township was changed into Chengxiang township. In 1959, Chengxiang commune was established. In 1962, Chengxiang commune was changed into Chengxiang town. In 1969, it was the Chengxiang brigade. In June 2002, Chengxiang town merged with Xiaolin township. As of June 2020, Chengxiang town has jurisdiction over 4 communities and 14 administrative villages. The town people's government is located in Xinxing community.

History of construction
In 1949, Long'an county was liberated, belonging to Wuming special area, and was changed into Jiefang township.
In 1952, Jiefang township was changed into Chengxiang township.
In 1959, Chengxiang commune was established.
In 1962, Chengxiang commune was changed into Chengxiang town.
In 1969, it was the Chengxiang brigade.
In June 2002, Chengxiang town merged with Xiaolin township.
