Habuqigai scenic spot is located in the hinterland of Gahai erlesha belt, the main body of xiwuzhumuqin sandy land in Xilinguole League. It is 5km away from balagargaole Town, the seat of Xiwuqi government. With convenient transportation, fresh air and beautiful grassland scenery, habuqigai scenic spot is the key development and construction scenic spot of Xiwuqi, mainly focusing on Mongolian folk culture appreciation, leisure entertainment and grassland sightseeing. It covers an area of more than 5000 mu to show the vast and exquisite Mongolian culture to tourists from all directions and angles.

Located in the hinterland of Gahai elesu sand belt, the main body of Ujimqin sandy land, it presents a fascinating and unique landscape of sandy land, sparse forest and grassland, which is known as "a paradise for tourism and vacation in the depth of Ujimqin Grassland" by people in the industry. In 2012, relying on the civil air defense evacuation base, habuqigai sandy land ecological tourism resort established a large-scale tourism park integrating catering, accommodation and entertainment.

In June 2015, the scenic spot started tourism development, vigorously implemented infrastructure construction, opened to tourists and started trial operation. The trial operation lasted less than 100 days, receiving 26540 tourists, showing an excellent development prospect.

With the support and guidance of the tourism and culture departments, the scenic spot has completed the preliminary work of tourism development, started infrastructure construction in June 2015, and started trial operation to receive tourists. Now, the infrastructure construction has achieved initial success, with a daily reception capacity of 1-2000 people. The catering Department of the scenic spot can provide 800 people with meals at the same time, and can provide accommodation services for 500 tourists. It has a certain scale and reception capacity, and has formed a comprehensive service system integrating leisure, entertainment, tourism and vacation.
