Yantai Development Zone golden beach bathing beach is located in the north of Yantai Golden Beach Resort Park, with Liulin River in the West and jiahekou in the East. With a total length of more than 10 kilometers, it meanders along the coastline.

The slope is gentle, the water is clean, the sand is fine and soft, and the sea water temperature is about 25 ° C at noon in summer. It is one of the best natural bathing beaches in China, known as "the first beach in the north". The beach is 10000 meters long and 60-180 meters wide, with fine sand, golden color, large area and gentle slope. It is also called 10000 meters golden beach. It is an excellent place for sunbathing, beach volleyball and other sand sports. The sea water on the north side of the beach is clear, gentle, blue and pure. It is windy and sunny in spring, and the scenery is beautiful. In summer, the sea is like brocade. In late autumn, the waves are surging, and the jade flying beads are splashing. In winter, the waves are empty, which makes a beautiful picture of four seasons. And the sculptures along the waterfront line, as if a magic stroke, add a bit of sea charm, sea feeling. The Boyang tourism service center, which is equipped with large-scale fresh water shower facilities and rest rooms, can meet the needs of the public and provide special services for distinguished guests. Ten thousand meters golden beach, known as "the first beach in northern China" reputation. The water temperature here is about 25 ℃ at noon in summer, which is one of the best natural bathing beaches in China. Since 2001, it has been listed as a national key bathing beach by the State Oceanic Administration for three consecutive years, and has been included in the national healthy bathing beach monitoring network. All the monitoring indicators of seawater have reached the national class I standard.

In the 18 km long "s" shaped coastline, the promontory and the Bay are crisscrossed, and the scenery is pleasant. The largest promontory is jinxiangjiao and guanyinling. Here, the tide collides with the reef, the trees are dancing and the scenery is beautiful. The long crescent shaped beach in the headland Bay is like a silver skirt tied between the green earth and the blue ocean, forming a magnificent scenery of the southern promontory. In spring and summer, yunzhongju and Qiyun palace, located at the main peak of Guanyin Mountain, are surrounded by clouds and mist; mountaineering is better than the fairyland of cloud Pavilion. The annual average temperature is 21.8 ℃ and the seawater temperature is 25 ℃ from June to September. The water is clear with a transparency of 50 to 90 cm. There is no "three wastes" pollution. Tides are regular diurnal tides. The wave height is below 0.4m in nine months of the year, and the average wave height is 0.7m from June to August. It is an ideal place for water sports such as sea bathing, windsurfing, diving yachts, etc. The beach is 50 to 70 meters wide. The sand is fine and does not contain gravel and shells. It is soft and does not sink. The subtidal zone is quartz fine sand with gentle waviness, and the 2m isobath is about 200m away from the coast. Therefore, it is called "the golden coast of tourism in East Guangdong".

In addition to the soft sand and clear water, Jinxiang beach is more characterized by its numerous rocks, such as stones, birds and animals, white and brown, moving and static, with all kinds of strange things. Even the rocks in the river and sea are rugged. This makes Jinxiang beach have unique stone bank and golden beach, and "natural beauty" of developing bathing beach and tourist resort. Among them, the more famous ones are: dragon stone, Zhenhai stone, Longya stone, shuangdieshi, monk stone, Penguin stone, Baijiao, Wujiao, etc. many stone carvings left by our ancestors are well preserved. Some of the boulders on Jinxiang beach have the footprints of proletarian revolutionaries, while others are covered with a layer of mystery to add luster to the beach and add fun to visitors.

In front of the magnificent "dragon stone" at Zhouzhu, Jinxiang beach, is the ferry that Zhou Enlai ventured to go to Hong Kong. After the Nanchang Uprising, Zhou Enlai was escorted by Ye Ting and Nie Rongzhen, where Huang Shouwen, an underground worker, pretended to be a fisherman and sailed him to the sea. Then he was escorted to Hong Kong by Yang Shiwen and returned to Guangzhou to participate in the Guangzhou Uprising. Now there is a five character poem on the Dragon Stone: "Zhouzhu is like a cauldron at night, a pillar in the distant sky, rushing across Jieshi Bay, fierce as a tiger down the mountain." It is a book written by Lai Shaoqi, a famous calligrapher and painter. Wang Shoudao, a former member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC), wrote eight glittering characters "where Premier Zhou Enlai crossed the sea" and engraved them on the memorial tablet.

Not far from the "dragon stone", there is a proud "Zhenhai stone". It is said that in recognition of Yang Wenguang's contribution in killing demons and protecting the song army, Emperor Ming Shenzong sent Zheng Yue and Cheng Daru to this place to engrave the word "Zhenhai stone" on the stone, and later generations engraved the word "Yang Wei and water stop, forever calm the waves". There is a huge stone shaped like a monk chasing a nun near the sea. It is said that Lingyin Temple and shangyun Youshui Moon Palace had a tryst with nuns. They were discovered by Guanyin of the South China Sea and were punished. After that, they both complained about Yunshan. Next to Jinxiang beach, there is the magnificent and beautiful Guanyin ridge, which is like a screen or a barrier, adding to the scenery of the beach.
