The memorial Pavilion of he Mangu martyr (formerly known as "Yongsheng Pavilion") is located at jiaochangping (today's "Beier Street") where he Mangu died. It was started in 1980 and stopped in 1981 due to various reasons. It was called "Yongsheng Pavilion". Due to the subsidence of the foundation, the Pavilion's stele was broken. In the winter of 1985, the Sangzhi County Party committee and government raised funds to relocate the site and carefully designed it. In October 1986, a reinforced concrete pavilion was built The six square zanjian Memorial pavilion with mud structure, yellow glazed tiles and cornices has been completed. The corridor above and below the four ring of the pavilion and antique concrete stone carvings are well pasted. In the pavilion are steles erected by the Sangzhi County Party committee and the county government. A black painted plaque is hung on the front of the pavilion. The inscription "memorial Pavilion for the martyr he Mangu" is inscribed on it, and the inscriptions are gilded.
