Tannan Bay is located in the southeast of Fuzhou Haitan Island (Pingtan Island). Fujian Pingtan Tannan Bay Tourist Resort is the 2010 tourism planning project of pinnacle international planning and design company. Introduction to scenic spots

This is another natural bathing place with tourism conditions not inferior to longfengtou beach. The beach coastline is 22 kilometers, which is a "virgin land" to be reclaimed. It has the reputation of "platinum coast" and will be the focus of the development of Pingtan beach in the future. Since the establishment of Pingtan Comprehensive Experimental Zone, the Jiajing of Tannan Bay has attracted a number of investigation groups. According to incomplete statistics, there have been nearly a thousand batches of investigation teams here.

The coast stretches for 22 kilometers, with beautiful environment and no pollution. Surrounded by forest belt and hills, the Bay has a vast sea area, tortuous coastline, many Hong Kong and Macao islands, hidden reefs, thousands of waves, complex layers and rich colors. Tannan Bay is adjacent to the sea in the East, with flat beach surface and fine sand like silver, so it is known as "Tannan Silver Beach". Tanjiaowei at the end of Tannan Bay, promontory, scenery extraordinary, pictographic rocks all over the coastal sand hills.

Tannan Bay is located in the southeast corner of Haitan Island, across the three townships of aoqian, beicuo and Aodong. Because of its gentle beach surface and fine sand, Tannan Bay has many harbors, including 13 sections of yuanlong'ao beach, tianmei'ao beach, qisha'ao beach, guanyin'ao beach and Longjiao Di'ao beach.

Scenic spot construction

Since Pingtan was upgraded to "Pingtan Comprehensive Experimental Zone", it has focused on promoting the construction of six major regions, among which the international tourism development zone includes Tannan Bay. In the near future, a number of 5-star seaside hotels will start construction.

Scenic spot story

During the 1996 Taiwan Strait military exercise, Zhang Wannian, then vice chairman of the Military Commission, personally visited Pingtan Island, where he was in command of tiger mountain on the edge of Tanan Bay. After the exercise, tiger mountain was renamed general mountain. There is also a tower on the top of the mountain, the general tower. Climbing the general tower, you can have a panoramic view of Tannan Bay.

Future development

Relying on the unique natural resources, along with the acceleration of Pingtan comprehensive experimental area, Haitan Bay in the future will become a coastal resort on the west side of the Strait and a hot destination for international conferences.

Yuanlong'ao is the most beautiful beach in Tannan Bay, with a coastline of more than 1.9 kilometers. It is separated by headlands in the north and Jiangjun mountain in the south.

The sea water here is clear, the sand is ten miles flat, the wind is light and the waves are soft, the waves are crystal clear, and the tide sounds like music. It not only has the brilliance of Hawaii, but also has the magnificent style of Beidaihe. It is an international tourist resort integrating vacation, leisure and recuperation.

Traffic information

From Fuzhou to Pingtan, you can take a bus at the bus station. Pingtan has a lot of motorcycles. It's more cost-effective to take the road in the county. Pingtan also has taxis, but instead of going to the county, it only goes to the countryside. You can take a taxi to Tannan Bay.
