Located in Jixi County, Anhui Province, Anhui Jixi model worker Anhui cuisine Cultural Park was built and opened in November 2011.

In February 2020, in order to pay tribute to the medical workers struggling in the front line of anti epidemic, the scenic spot will be open to the medical staff free of charge from the end of the epidemic to December 31, 2020.

Park functions

The cultural park is divided into five functional areas, namely "Hui cuisine culture exhibition area", "leisure experience area", "production and processing exhibition area", "Hui cuisine and agricultural products exhibition area" and "food tasting area". It displays more than 2000 precious pictures, materials, objects and cultural relics related to Hui cuisine culture. The park systematically displays the ecological environment, historical origin, Hui cuisine, Hui kitchen, Hui Museum, Hui cuisine anecdotes, folk customs, inheritance and development, and fine ordering of Hui cuisine, agricultural products processing and tourism products. It comprehensively reflects the extensive and profound Hui culture.

From the date of resumption of operation to December 31, 2020, medical workers across the country with valid certificates (doctor's card or nurse's card and ID card) can enjoy the free admission policy for all grade a scenic spots in Jixi. Model workers' Anhui cuisine Cultural Park is one of them.
