The western regions wine culture museum, which was built with the investment of 120 million yuan from Ili shoerbrak group, officially opened on May 3, 2007.

It is reported that since the preview was completed in October 2006, it has received more than 20000 Chinese and foreign guests and reached cooperation agreements with a number of travel agencies. According to experts from Xinjiang Museum, this is the only museum in China that comprehensively reflects the wine culture of the western regions, and also the largest industrial culture museum in Xinjiang.

Construction layout

The museum is divided into two parts: the indoor exhibition hall and the outdoor exhibition area. The indoor exhibition hall has three floors, covering an area of 1500 square meters. The exhibition is divided into six parts, including "King Mu's inspection of wine in the west", "western region's wine since ancient times", "western region's eagle's drunken sky", "Hanhai's precious wine utensils", "wine poem also wine sea" and "South China's wine beyond the Great Wall". There are more than 3000 pictures on display There are more than 200 objects of Dong He, and the oldest cultural relics on display are more than 2000 years ago. The outdoor exhibition area covers an area of 39000 square meters. There are nearly 2000 large ceramic wine jars full of raw wine, each of which has a capacity of 1000 kg. Moreover, all kinds of aphorisms and poems related to wine are engraved on each wine jar. In addition to the exhibition function, this wine storage base also has a practical significance, that is, the climate of sunshine, rain and dew, the alternate seasons of cold and hot, which is more conducive to the aging of raw wine and the derivation of aromatic substances, and has a special role in improving the quality of wine. Now, it is approved by Shanghai Guinness world as "Guinness with the largest wine storage capacity of outdoor art pottery jar" (the most in China). In addition, in the outdoor exhibition area, there are artificial landscapes such as "the first spring in western regions" grape corridor "octagonal pavilion" stone fountain "the first pot in western regions" for tourists and consumers to watch.

It is on the only way to Nalati scenic spot and 172 kilometers away from Yining City. In 2007, it won the honor of "national industrial tourism demonstration site" Shanghai Guinness (China's largest) outdoor art pottery altar with the largest liquor storage capacity; in 2008, it was also rated as national AAA scenic spot.
