Chen Jiahu

In Jinxian County, the water network area on the south side of Ganjiang River (South Branch), Fuhe River and Xinjiang River complex Delta. It was originally a branch of Jinxi Lake in the south of Poyang. In 1957, from Songshan to Lingkou, Sanli Township, meizhuang Township and Junshan Lake aquaculture farm jointly built a north-south dike with a length of 1.2km, an elevation of 27.00m at the top and a width of 5.00m. Xiangshan gate and Lingkou gate were built at both ends of the dike for control. From then on, the natural Lake Branch evolved into a reservoir type lake controlled by human engineering. The water level is 19.00m, the length is 8.8km, the maximum width is 5.0km, the average width is 2.5km, and the area is 22.0km2; the maximum water depth is 6.15m, the average water depth is 5.45m, and the water storage capacity is 120 million cubic meters.

The lake area has a north subtropical monsoon climate, with an average annual temperature of 17.7 ℃, an average temperature of 4.5 ℃ in January, an extreme minimum temperature of - 8.2 ℃ (January 5, 1977), an average temperature of 29.5 ℃ in July, and an extreme maximum temperature of 40.0 ℃ (August 11, 1966). The annual average sunshine duration is 1 950 h, frost free period is 282 D, and precipitation is 1 587 mm. The catchment area is 48.0 square kilometers and the recharge coefficient is 2.18. The lake water is supplied by runoff and precipitation, and flows into Poyang Lake. It has the advantages of flood storage, irrigation and breeding.

Born in September 1965 in Xinfeng, Jiangxi Province, CPC member and senior political engineer;

In July 1986, he graduated from Jiangxi Agricultural University, majoring in horticulture. In the same year, he was assigned to Jiangxi GANFU PLAIN Water Conservancy Engineering Administration Bureau;

Since September 1989, he has successively served as Deputy Secretary of the Party branch, deputy director of the Party committee office, Secretary of the Youth League Committee, and Deputy Secretary of the Youth League Committee directly under the Department of water resources of Jiangxi Province;

From November 2000 to May 2006, he served as deputy chief of Water Administration Supervision Corps of Jiangxi Provincial Department of water resources;

From May 2006 to February 2009, Secretary of Discipline Inspection Commission of Jiangxi water conservancy planning and Design Institute;

Since February 2009, he has been the vice president of Jiangxi water conservancy planning and Design Institute.
