Qian Mu's former residence

Qian Mu's former residence "sushulou" is the former residence of Mr. Qian Mu, a great master of Chinese culture. In 1967, Mr. Qian Mu was invited by the Taiwan government to settle down in Shuangxi as a Confucianist. Later, to commemorate his academic contribution, the Taipei Municipal Government hung a wooden sign of "Su Shu Lou" on the gate of the courtyard and engraved "Qian Mu's former residence" on the stone lying in front of the courtyard.
