Libu lake is located in the middle section of Jiefang Road in the central area of Xinjian District of Nanchang city. It is an important place for local residents to have a rest. It is one of the important lakes in Nanchang city.

Libu lake, located in the middle of the prosperous Jiefang Road, is a park integrating natural water surface and land in the new area. The existing area is 420 mu, including 352.5 mu of water surface and 67.5 mu of land. At present, there are more than 1200 trees and more than 40000 shrubs, with a greening rate of 87.4%. There are two islands in the middle of the lake, two groups of mushroom Pavilion and several groups of grape trellis. In the park, there are not only an activity center for the elderly, a swimming pool, but also a variety of children's entertainment toys, pleasure boats and happy castles. The park is decorated with colorful lights, such as courtyard lights on both sides of the road, fire lights under big trees and around the lake, Yudai bridge, Jiuqu bridge, porch lights on octagonal pavilion, and various landscape lights, butterfly lights, coconut tree lights, and fireworks.
