Yunmeng Mountain scenic spot is located in the west of Qi County, Hebi City, Henan Province, at the eastern foot of Taihang Mountain, 15 kilometers west of Qi county. It is a national cultural relics protection unit and a national 4A tourist attraction.

Beijing Guangzhou railway, 107 National Highway and Beijing Zhuhai Expressway all pass through Qi county. It is 58 km away from Anyang City in the north, 120 km away from Zhengzhou City in the South and 42 km away from Xinxiang City in the south. It covers an area of about 26 square kilometers. It is a historical and cultural tourist area characterized by the military culture of the Warring States period. In 1984, Yunmeng Mountain Scenic Area Management Office was established, which was officially developed and constructed.

Main attractions

Yunmeng Mountain scenic area is divided into three parts: the main scenic area (Warring States ancient army depot, shangsheng ancient temple), Wuli ghost Valley (Canyon) and Yunmeng prairie. In fact, the canyon and "prairie" in the scenic area are not large in scale. The canyon is a valley that is neither too deep nor too long. The bright point of grassland is not "big", but because there is such a grassland in Taihang Mountains, which is very rare .

Yunmeng Mountain, covering an area of about 26 square kilometers, consists of three main scenic areas: the Warring States ancient military academy, shangsheng ancient temple, Yunmeng Wuli Guigu Grand Canyon tourist area and Yunmeng prairie tourist area. The scenic spot is famous for its magnificent scenery and rich cultural connotation. It is known as "Qingyan fairyland" and has the reputation of China's first ancient military academy.

Shangsheng ancient temple is located in Beishan, and the Warring States ancient military depot is the main scenic spot in the main scenic area. Yunmeng Mountain, also known as Qingyan mountain, is located at the eastern foot of Taihang Mountain, 15 kilometers west of Qixian County. The main peak is 584.5 meters high. The mountains are covered with mountains and clouds. The mountains are magnificent with waterfalls and flowing springs. It is known as "Yunmeng fairyland" with a tourist area of more than 10 square kilometers. It is recorded in historical records and inscriptions that this is Mr. Guigu's hiding place. In the inscriptions of Douwen cliff in Ming Dynasty, it is written that "shuilian cave, Mr. Guigu's hiding place". In his travel notes to Yunmeng Mountain, he Shiqi of Qing Dynasty wrote: "a hole in the water curtain is especially secluded and mysterious. It is the habitat of Guiguzi.". According to the biography of Zhuo Xing in the book of Tang Dynasty, Zhen Ji also lived in seclusion in Yunmeng Mountain twice.
