Historical legend

The legend of Swan Lake in the area is that the tears of Qin Shihuang's wife gathered together, and the swan is the embodiment of Qin's wife's soul. A long time ago, the first emperor of Qin went to Sanxian island in the East China Sea to get the medicine for immortality, so he sent troops to fill the sea to build a bridge, and ordered his wife to send rice at the sound of gongs. At the end of the day, Qin's wife rushed to deliver the meal because of the flying of the dung beetle. Qin Shihuang saw his wife disobey the order, angry, put to death. Qin's wife was wronged and tears flowed into a river, converging into a "lake of tears". People yearn for and call for the pure soul of Qin's wife to return to the world, so countless swans float down from the sky.
