Xiushuihezi Campaign Memorial Hall is located in xiushuihezi Town, Faku County, Shenyang City, 464 meters north of 101 line of Shencheng highway. Founded in 1986, there is a monument to the martyrs, 16 East and West Wing rooms, and a memorial hall for the battle of Hezi in Xiushui.

In the memorial hall of the battle of Hezi in Xiushui, there are articles, letters and other relics left by the soldiers who died in the war of annihilation. More than 800 revolutionary martyrs who died in the battle of Hezi in Xiushui are buried in the cemetery.

From the evening of February 13 to the morning of February 14, 1946, the Northeast People's Liberation Army completely annihilated more than 1500 Kuomintang troops, which attacked the arrogance of the Kuomintang. The battle of Hezi in Xiushui is the first annihilation battle of the people's Liberation Army in the Northeast battlefield, and it is an important battle in the history of the Northeast liberation war.
