The embankment and beach of Yilan River have rare green and perfect bicycle trail system. However, due to the lack of pedestrian system of several bridges connecting the two sides, the residents can not easily share the hydrophilic space. Depending on the silent cement bridge, the project plays the role of connecting the old alleys of Yilan and Jinmei field on the north bank.
