Li Qingzhao, a poetess in Song Dynasty, is known as "the queen of CI state" and "the most talented woman of all ages". Since the Ming Dynasty, there have been four "Li Qingzhao memorial halls" and many "Ou Temple" in China. However, up to now, Qingzhao CI garden, which is located in the hometown of CI poets, is the largest and the highest grade.

This "Qing Zhao Yuan" in Zhangqiu has absorbed the essence of Suzhou gardens and displayed a distinct architectural style of the Song Dynasty. Since it was completed and opened to the outside world in May 1997, it has been called by many tourists as a shining pearl inlaid in the northern part of China, which imitates the folk houses in the south of the Yangtze River. At the same time, it is also an important base for Li Qingzhao's academic research.

So far, Qingzhao garden has the largest scale among the four existing Li Qingzhao memorial halls (halls) in China. According to the artistic conception of Li Qingzhao's poetry and the local conditions and customs of the poets' life time, Qingzhao CI garden takes "modern bone, national soul and natural clothing" as the design concept, and constructs a spring landscape with four themes of "Qingyin wind", "wooden mat flower", "Tingxiang snow" and "hometown moon", which is referred to as "Fenghua XueYue".

There is a statue of Li Qingzhao in the CI garden. The sculpture faces west and southwest, gazing at Qingzhao garden, expressing three meanings: first, the poet looks back at Qingzhao's former residence, showing his deep affection for his hometown; second, the book held by Qingzhao corresponds to the spring of plum blossom, indicating the spring of literary thoughts; third, the ribbon corresponds to the step, showing the feeling of stepping on the clouds, indicating that the whole scenic spot is "made by man, but made by nature".
