Taichung Yuanbao Palace
According to Taiwan Temple grand view, it was founded in the 56th year of Qianlong (1791) in the Qing Dynasty, slightly renovated in the 26th year of Daoguang (1856), rebuilt by local gentry in the seventh year of Xianfeng (1856), and completed in the 13th year of the Republic of China (1924). There is an ancient banyan tree on the left and right in front of the palace, which is covered with green shade. It is divided into two sides of the town gate, and a archway is built between the two trees. The word "yuanbaogong" is written on the door. The square is across the building, and the stone floor is paved. It is flat and broad. The front hall opens from left to right, and then the front hall is the main hall, where the emperor Baosheng is worshipped, marshal Yuefei and marshal Zhao Kang are worshipped together The two-story back hall is a two-story building, which is dedicated to heaven, earth, water, and the three official emperors, accompanied by Zhusheng empress and Chenghuang God. There is a black stone lion on the left and right of the entrance of the upper hall, which is dedicated to Jade Emperor, Guanyin, Confucius, Guansheng emperor, etc. There are a lot of antiquities in the palace, most of which are from the Qing Dynasty, and have been identified as a class III historic site by the Taiwan provincial government.
