Chawalong Township, Chayu County, Nyingchi City, Tibet Autonomous Region governs the administrative village.

In 2012, the 18 km long mule horse post road from ABI village to xinguolaka viewing platform was built, becoming the "road to wealth" and "Golden Road" for the masses of ABI village.

In 2013, the construction of bengga Group Highway in ABI village started, with a total investment of 8.6 million yuan.

 

By the end of 2015, the construction of irrigation canal project in abing village, with an investment of 2.3 million yuan.

 

In August 2018, a'bing village is implementing the construction project of border well-off village. 17 new houses have been built, 25 house upgrading and reconstruction projects have been started, 79 new livestock sheds have passed the preliminary inspection, and 79 villagers have realized the separation of human and animal.
