Bulun Lake scenic spot is located in the southeast of Beibeng Township, Motuo County, 15 kilometers away from the county seat and on the west side of the downstream of saigongsi river. It is a natural lake formed on the hillside of Bulun mountain, with an altitude of 1600 meters. The lake covers an area of 11.5 square kilometers and is crescent shaped. The water is clear and transparent, like a clear green mirror inlaid in the tropical evergreen broad-leaved forest. Bulun lake is surrounded by green shade, clouds and fog all the year round. A waterfall at the mouth of the lake falls straight down the Saigon river. Rare birds such as swans and ducks live in the lake all the year round. Wild animals such as grey tailed monkey, takin and red spotted antelope often live in the Woods beside the lake. Rare birds such as brown necked rhinoceros also live here. It is said that there are Himalayan savages here. The Sai Kung Temple near the scenic spot has a long history and is famous for its fragrance. Together with Bulu lake, it forms a unique landscape.
