Xiaooliveba scenic spot is located 103 kilometers west of Simao City on the Bank of Lancang River. There is a Neolithic site of xiangbishan about 3000 years ago, with a cultural layer of 45-55 cm. It is adjacent to eight original village sites, including nanduo, Naban, manpan, Zhulin, and nanpanhe. More than 150 pieces of cultural relics, such as stone knives, stone axes, pottery pieces, and stone cakes, have been collected.

These cultural relics have the characteristics of mangnuo and MANGHUAI cultures. Three bronze axes about 2600 years ago were also found at the site. After 1990, Simao region invested more than 50 million yuan to build Simao port, the first port in the upper reaches of Lancang Mekong River. It was approved as a provincial port by Yunnan Provincial People's Government in 1991 and a national first-class port by the State Council in 1993. More than 40 kilometers east of xiaooliveba and 50 kilometers away from Simao, there are Cuiyun karst caves.
