Tianxing National Forest Park is located in the northernmost part of Weixin County, 40 kilometers away from Zhaxi county and 120 kilometers away from "Bamboo Sea in southern Sichuan". The vast forest sea embraces 70% of the old city from three sides. The main scenic spots are located in Tianxing and bazishan forest areas, with a business area of 38614 Mu and a forest land of 24528 mu, with a forest coverage rate of 63.5%. In December 1992, it was authorized as a national forest park by the Ministry of forestry.
