Mordaoga National Forest Park is the first National Forest Park in Daxinganling of Inner Mongolia approved by the State Forestry Administration, covering an area of 578000 hectares. Mordaoga National Forest Park in Inner Mongolia began to be built in 1998 and was approved by the former State Forestry Administration in 1999.

On August 10, 2000, mordaoga National Forest Park in Inner Mongolia officially opened.

Infrastructure

In 2002, Bailu island resort was built, covering an area of 3.87 square kilometers, integrating catering, accommodation and entertainment. There are 15 Russian style wooden house villas on the island, a large conference reception center and a reception environment that can accommodate 300 people at the same time. It is mainly used to receive large and medium-sized conferences, academic investigation, cultural collection, tourism and so on.

90 km west of mordaoga is the birthplace of Mongolian Shiwei tribe, Shiwei township. This is also the seat of the Russian nationality township in Erguna city.
