Narenxia ranch is located in Tiereketi township of Habahe County, 100km to the north of the county and 23km to baihaba village to the south. Sister Lake in the east of the ranch is one of the sources of Kanas Lake water. It is connected with national defense highway and pastoral Road, with an altitude of 1390m. It is a relatively gentle Intermountain basin in the northern mountainous area of Habahe County.

Narenxia pasture is one of the famous summer pastures in Altay. The climate is suitable, the water and grass are abundant, the vegetation is dense, and the species are rich. The tourism project area is located in the relatively gentle Intermountain basin in the northern mountainous area of Habahe County. It is divided into two parts: infrastructure and operation facilities. Infrastructure includes scenic area roads, rest kiosks, water supply system, power supply, sewage treatment plant. Operation facilities include ordinary hotels, campsites, catering tourist information center, shuttle bus, etc. it is planned to have 300 beds and 8000 square meters of catering tourist information center.
