Yuke grassland

Yuke grassland is located in Daofu County, Ganzi Prefecture, Sichuan Province, 65 kilometers away from the county. It integrates blue sky, white clouds, snow mountains, trees, grasslands and streams, and is known as "Kangba Altay".

Origin of jade family

The word "Yuke" means "jade" in Tibetan, because there is a high mountain lake yunzhucuo near Haizi mountain in this area. It is said that there are green jade beads in yunzhucuo, so it is named. Yuke prairie is located in Yuke District of Daofu County, which is a pure animal husbandry area, with jurisdiction over Jiazong, Qimei, vita and yinen townships. With a total area of 1846 square kilometers, the grassland is not only the hometown of luozhu of kangbaqi people, but also the charming scenery.

Yuke weather

The climate of Yuke grassland is cold, the annual average temperature is 3.9 ℃, the highest is 28.3 ℃, and the lowest is - 25.6 ℃. The average altitude is 3715 meters. The terrain is a long and narrow valley alluvial basin, with more than 20 mountains and snow mountains. Qimeilongba mountain and qigelongba mountain on both sides of the valley run through the whole territory. The two rivers flow through the whole territory from south to north. The lower reaches of the two rivers converge into Yuqu River in Vita Township, and the lower reaches flow into Dadu River through zhuozia, Aba Prefecture.

Yuke grassland has developed animal husbandry, animal products include cattle hair, wool, skin, butter, milk residue, etc. The forest area in the territory is more than 200000 mu, with rare tree species such as redwood, juniper and high branch cypress, as well as fir, spruce, hemlock, Betula platyphylla, Quercus altissima, wild cherry and Rhododendron. Wild medicinal materials are rich, including Cordyceps, Fritillaria, rhubarb, Gentiana, snow lotus, notopterygium, ephedra, etc. Wild animals include snow leopard, leopard, white lipped deer, Tibetan antelope, wild boar, bear, monkey, etc.

Yuke area

Yuke grassland is a large and flat area, surrounded by forests. It is very charming and is a rare natural picture. On the Yuke grassland, known as the "plateau garden", there are some well preserved ancient stone carvings, many suitable hot springs and a few small Alpine Lakes.

Zangbala Juyuan Teahouse

Zangbala Juyuan teahouse is located in Yuke Jiazong Township, Daofu County, opposite Yuke primary school. There are black tea, milk tea, butter tea, black tea, green tea and other kinds of tea. There are also various Tibetan style snacks. If you go to the beautiful Yuke, you must come here to have a seat.
