Xiangshan Hall

Xiangshantang traditional Chinese medicine store was founded by Lu Qingyu in the Guangxu period of Qing Dynasty. The "fragrance" of "Xiangshan" refers to the more precious traditional Chinese medicine, while "mountain" refers to the mountain of medicinal materials. The storefront block faces south in the north, and there are three medicine cupboards on the East and North walls of the storeroom, called "hundred eye cupboard", which store all kinds of commonly used Chinese medicine. There is a zigzag counter in front of the street, which is the working table of the drugstore. In front of the shop, the mottled old signboard of "north and South" is still creaking in the wind of the river, although it is somewhat broken.
