The five Bay building, with single eaves and hard mountain construction, is 21.50 meters wide and 12.80 meters deep, with three flat rooms in the back.

On September 23, 1945, the enlarged meeting of the CPC eastern Zhejiang Party committee was held here. The meeting decided to withdraw from the North under the instruction of the CPC Central Committee and to deploy the work after the withdrawal. From September 27 to 30, the CPC Zhedong District Committee and the New Fourth Army of Zhedong withdrew from Houhai in batches.
