Lake Island

Located in the northwest corner of Liaocheng Dongchang Lake, covering an area of 2750 square meters, surrounded by water, it was built in 1984. The main buildings on the island are Yueting, Yixiangzhai, Cuiyuan, chuihuamen, Qinyuan, viewing platform, Diaoyutai / goldfish Pavilion, stone sculptures, etc. The environment is quiet and elegant, the construction is exquisite, all kinds of famous flowers and grasses compete with each other. When you come to the island, you can feel the world free from vulgarity, as if you are in a fairyland of Penglai, enjoying the happiness of immortals. In the northwest corner of the island, the pavilion with yellow glazed tile eaves and six pointed corners is the moon watching Pavilion (7.8 meters high, covering an area of 80 square meters), with six columns arched and stools between the columns for visitors to rest. Inside the eaves are painted comic strips of rouge stories in Strange Tales from a lonely studio, so this pavilion is also called Rouge Pavilion, and this island is also called Rouge island. The building is exquisite and magnificent, with Daiyue in the East and Guangyue tower in the distance. On the back side, there are three hall style Xieshan tea houses, named "Yixiangzhai". Located in the north of Wangyue Pavilion, it is a hall style Xieshan tea house, covering an area of 60 square meters. Green tile white wall, antique ridge building, quaint and chic. In the middle of the east side, there is a Chuihua gate, which is an antique building with yellow glazed tiles covering the top. On the south side is Qinyuan, with exquisite layout and seven open corridors for visitors to rest and view. The southwest of the island is the Goldfish museum. Stone sculptures are set in the back garden. The back garden is a garden with stone sculptures and water spray flowerpots. It is built in imitation of Suzhou gardens. The garden is an ideal place for people to play with its lush bamboo, colorful flowers and elegant environment.
