Dongda mountain, located in Zuogong County, Tibet, is the second highest pass on the southern Sichuan Tibet line. The elevation of the pass is 5008 meters. Dongda mountain, the forbidden zone of life, has snow all year round. It is a sacred place for mountaineers, with an altitude of 5008 meters. On one side of the mountain is the surging Lancang River, and on the other side is Zuogong.

Transportation:

There are shuttle buses passing through Lancang River Canyon in Changdu. There is no public transportation from Mangkang county to Lancang River Canyon, so you can only rent a car. The road from Batang to Mangkang is in poor condition. It's a narrow downhill road out of Batang. After crossing the Jinshajiang River Bridge, there is a section of road which is very easy to collapse at Haitong military station, and then to the west, the road condition becomes slightly better.

Accommodation: there are accommodation, guest house and holiday village on the Bank of Lancang River Gorge. The price of holiday village accommodation is 140-280 yuan / room.
