Luowu city site

Luowucheng site is a scenic spot in shiyadi village, Zhenchuan Town, Yulin city. The ruins of the city face cliffs in the north, East and south, and hillsides in the West. The city wall is in a triangular arc shape, which is still clearly visible. Its perimeter is about 2 kilometers. The remaining wall is 3 meters high and 4 meters wide. The rammed earth layer is 12-14 cm thick. On the east side and the north side, there is one Chengmen site, 3.5 meters wide. The site is low in the East and high in the west, with fragments of bricks, stones, tiles, porcelain and iron all over the city.

Luowucheng site is located in the stone hill of shiyadi village, Zhenchuan Town, 60 km south of Yulin city. The ruins face cliffs in the north, East and south, and hillsides in the West. The city walls are triangular and arc-shaped, which can be seen clearly. At that time, the Western Xia Dynasty and the Northern Song Dynasty had garrisoned troops here. Later, they built temples in caves. Up to now, there are still 11 caves and temples, including Wanfo cave, Sanxiao hall, Notre Dame palace, Guanyin hall, Zhenwu ancestral hall, etc. Among them, the scale of Wanfo cave is the largest, and the historical sites are well preserved. Wanfo cave is also called Xuankong Temple.
