Production steps:
Step 1: steam the glutinous rice and let it cool;
Step 2: specially take spring water to wash glutinous rice;
Step 3: wash the paste off the glutinous rice with spring water;
Step 4: washed glutinous rice;
Step 5: I cook four Jin of rice, with half a packet of sweet koji;
Step 6: Sprinkle the koji evenly on the washed rice;
Step 7: mix the rice and koji well, press gently, and dig a small hole in the middle, commonly known as "dimple"
Step 8: cover and wait for the sweet wine to come out;
Step 9: two days later, the wine will come out of the dimple. It's done!

Note: 1, the process of making wine must not be stained with oil, the container should be washed clean; 2, let the wine fermentation for three or four days, can be boiled out and put in the refrigerator, so as to avoid further fermentation.
