Chenpi village is located in the northeast of Shuangdong street, about 3 km away from the street. The total area of the village is about 3 square kilometers, with 8 villager groups.

Chenpi village committee has a total population of 2034, 570 farmers and 1002 labors. It has 639 mu of cultivated land, including 709 mu of paddy field, 298 mu of dry land and 132 mu of mountainous area. The village has fertile cultivated land and abundant water resources. It has jurisdiction over eight natural villages, namely, Zhenzhu village, Tuanjie village, Minzhu village, gangzui village, banpi village, Dongfeng Village, Xiangyang Village and Shengli village.
