Huashi cliff

Huashiya is located in Longdong Township, Qingshui County, Gansu Province. It is located in the lower reaches of Gouhe River between tuzhai village in Longdong, 28 kilometers southeast of the county, the middle part of Panlong mountain on the North Bank of Weihe River, and the south slope of Zhifeng mountain in the northwest. The highest altitude is 1823 meters. From the opposite side of the mountain to Wuli is national highway 310. It is also known as Wanzi mountain because of its cliffs and colorful rock patterns.

History of huashiya

Huashiya has a long history. It is said that temples were built before the Tang Dynasty. In the third year of Jianlong in the Northern Song Dynasty (976 A.D.), the Jade Emperor Hall of ertai was rebuilt, with a plaque (destroyed in the Cultural Revolution). There are two existing Ming and Qing grottoes, including painted sculptures, murals and Yongzheng Sui CI Bingwu plaque.

Huashiya is divided into five parts according to the terrain: Dongya, Xiya, fenghuangtou on the top, sanxiantai in Sanchakou on Xiahui. Dongya has undulating peaks, overlapping cliffs and upward sloping cliffs. There is a cave on the cliff, named huangmulang cave. The cave is about three meters long. The terrain is dangerous and the depth of the cave is unpredictable. The West Cliff is very strange. There is a light yellow block on the huge rock, which is smooth and bright. When the night falls and the moon rises eastward, its stone is shining like a bright moon hanging in the sky, so it is called "moon cliff". The northern cliff is uplifted, and the dome is covered with stone, which looks like a phoenix head. Throughout the four fields, it looks like a young Phoenix in the sky, looking at the Wei River in the distance, so it is called "three forks" because of the East-West canyon at the foot of the "phoenix head" mountain.

All the buildings are built one by one according to the mountain situation, which can be roughly divided into four parts: the "grinding needle hall", "main hall courtyard", "Yuhuangding" and "leiyinya". From the bottom of the valley up the mountain, there is a huge stone rising from the flat ground, about 50 meters high, with a wide and flat top, about 10 square meters. "Grinding needle hall", in which there are two statues of the Sui Dynasty, both works of the Ming and Qing Dynasties.

In the spring of 1998, Mr. Mao Huimin, a famous calligrapher in Tianshui, based on the Redology, associated with the deep cultural origin of Fuxi, wrote the word "Bu Tian Shi" on this stone. In the hall, there are two statues of the Sui Dynasty, which are vivid and lifelike. The murals on both sides are "four gates for the prince to visit, and the ancestors to become the road". The lines are fine, the color is gorgeous, and the pen is smooth. They are all works of the Ming and Qing Dynasties. The first one is one into the second hospital. The front gate tower is a wooden arch, which reads "Tongxian Pavilion", followed by the corridor, which is called "Tongxian bridge". After the "Tongxian bridge", there is a "static stone platform" along the stone steps. Entering the "Da Dian yuan", there are "Lao Jun Dian" in the north, "Ling Guan Dian" in the south, "Yao Wang Dian" in the East and "San Xiao Dian" in the West. Ertai is the ancestral hall. In front of the hall is a sharp cliff, about 100 Zhang high. From the side of the Jade Emperor hall, there are three platforms along the valley. "God of wealth hall" and "three official buildings" are built on the basis of rock. There are three Qing Dynasty statues in Sanguan building. Downstairs along the crack and up, cliff top has a platform set up "Sanqing hall".

The forest vegetation in the scenic spot is intact. It is a scenic spot integrating natural landscape and cultural landscape. Its natural landscape is comparable to Tianshui Shimen and Xianren cliff. It is an ideal place for leisure tourism and rock climbing

Tianshui's accommodation is very convenient, whether in the city center, or the county, can quickly find a place to stay. The price is low, the facilities are complete, generally speaking, 100 yuan can live in a very good standard room. It is recommended to live in Maiji district. Most of the main scenic spots in Tianshui are distributed in this district, so it is more convenient to travel. Of course, as the center of Qinzhou District is also a good place to stay.

Tianshui has flights to Lanzhou and Xi'an every Tuesday and Thursday, and Tianshui airport is 15 kilometers away from the suburb.

Railway:

There are more than ten pairs of passenger trains passing through Tianshui station every day, which can reach Urumqi, Xining, Dunhuang, Jiayuguan, Lanzhou, Xi'an, Luoyang, Zhengzhou, Jinan, Qingdao, Baoji, Chengdu, Shijiazhuang, Beijing, etc.

highway:

National highways 310 and 312 run through the whole city, with a total mileage of 2732km. There are direct buses to Lanzhou, Wuwei, Baiyin, Dingxi, Linxia, Pingliang, Xifeng, Qingyang, Xining, Yinchuan, Xi'an, Hanzhong, Luoyang and other places outside the province. In addition, there are tourist charter buses to Kongtong mountain and Jiuzhaigou Natural Scenic Spot in Pingliang. Beidao bus station and Tianshui railway station have long-distance sleeper buses to Pingliang around 6 o'clock every night.

Intercity traffic information

There is no direct bus line in huashiya scenic area. You can rent a car or charter a car in Tianshui City and go to the scenic area through national highway 320. There are corresponding scenic tips on national highway 320.
