Gold Temple

There are very few Japanese style shrines in Taiwan now, and this Golden Shrine in the Japanese era can be preserved, which shows its extraordinary value. train:

Take the eastern trunk line from Taipei to Ilan and Hualien, get off at Ruifang station, and then go to the square opposite the railway station. Take Keelung passenger transport to Jinguashi. (ticket price 22 yuan)

bus:

1. Taipei - Jinguashi: you can take Keelung bus from Taipei Zhongxiao Fuxing station (Exit 1) and get off at Jinguashi station via Jiufen.

2. Keelung - Jinguashi: you can take Keelung passenger transport from Keelung railway station (in front of Yimei supermarket) and get off at Jinguashi station via Jiufen.

Opening hours: the Golden Shrine is located in the gold museum. Tickets will be closed from 9:30-17:00 (16:00) from Tuesday to Friday, and from 9:30-18:00 (17:00) from Saturday to Sunday. It will be closed every Monday, Lunar New Year's Eve, new year's day and election day. Other necessary closing days will be announced separately. On Monday, it will be closed every other day.
