Yanfu view

In 1631, three eunuchs, including Gao Jinqing, funded the construction of Yanfu temple in front of Weiping mountain in Donglei. Since then, Donglei has become the main base of Taoism in Yuntai mountain. During the past three or four hundred years, the incense has been flourishing. Even Weiping mountain has been given the name of Taoism - Zhongding. All the scenic spots on the mountain have a strong Taoist color.

Yanfu view

Because Yanfu temple is close to Weiping mountain, the terrain is dangerous, and it is hidden in the green jungle. It has escaped the bombardment of Japanese planes, and has become the only temple in Yuntai mountain that has not been robbed. However, in the late period of the cultural revolution, the well preserved main hall and yulanshan house were demolished, and the rest of the facilities were scattered or destroyed. The remaining qianshanmen and the West Wing house were in disrepair and almost collapsed. The title of the gate is "imperial edict to protect the state and Yanfu Temple", which is a typical architectural style of temples in Ming Dynasty. In front of the view, you can see the sea and sky in the East. Two or three hundred years ago, there was still a vast ocean at the foot of the mountain. The moon was rising at the beginning of the Ming Dynasty, and it was still silent. That is a famous scenery of Yuntai Mountain: platform water moon.

Scenery

The east courtyard was originally the Yulan mountain house, which surrounded the ancient Yulan trees in the courtyard. When Tao Shu visited Yuntai Mountain, he also overhauled it, and wrote a couplet in Yulan Mountain House: "strange stones are like people standing under flowers, immortals are like cranes and bamboos.". There is a hot spring pool behind the temple, which is not ice cold in the middle of winter. There are many inscriptions of predecessors on the surrounding stone walls, such as Qian Yong's "mountain climbing and sea watching", anonymous's "little Penglai" and "heaven and earth", all of which are charming and pleasing to the eye.

There are many plants and trees in the south around Yanfu temple. Ginkgo biloba, Gemu, boxwood, crape myrtle, etc. here are all ancient relics of hundreds of years. It is built around Ping mountain. The mountains are like a screen. On the screen, there are many flowers, trees and grass.

Jade girl shampoo basin

The spring between the stone gaps is murmuring and falling down the cliff. It looks like flying snow and scattered pearls. Ding Dong has a sound. As time goes on, a round hollow is formed at the dripping point, which is called Jade girl shampoo basin. On the stone wall on the side of the basin, there is a poem carved by Yang Tingzhen, the commander of Haizhou during the reign of Emperor Kangxi: "the flying stream spreads over the roots of Yunshan mountain, and the sound of the stone gate is clear and clear. It's like a jade girl from Huashan, watching the Pearl Drop in the shampoo basin. " As a goddess in Taoism, she is good at playing the piano and playing games, much like the goddess of art in Western mythology. Yuntai Mountain has many scenic spots about the jade girl, such as the jade girl peak in Huaguo Mountain and the jade girl window in Suzhou, which are related to Xuhuai area as the birthplace of Taoism.
