Huangjue Temple site
Located in Fengyang, Anhui Province, outside the north wall of Ming imperial mausoleum. In the fourth year of the reign of emperor Zhizheng of the Yuan Dynasty, Zhu Yuanzhang became a monk here and was destroyed in the twelfth year.
After Zhu Yuanzhang became emperor, he wanted to build the temple. Because "the base of the old temple is very close to the imperial mausoleum, so it is inconvenient to burn and repair it", he chose the site to build the new temple, which is now Longxing Temple. The site of Jiusi is now a dry land, slightly higher than the nearby cultivated land. There is still an ancient well and three round stone piers.
