Yixing Bamboo Sea Scenic Spot is located in Hufu Town, 31 km southwest of Yixing City, Jiangsu Province. It is a national AAAA tourist area, a national scenic spot, a provincial forest park, 18 tourist attractions in Wuxi and one of the top ten scenic spots in Yixing. The main scenic spots are "the first source of Taihu Lake", "the first peak in southern Jiangsu", "bamboo for peace", "beautiful Jinghu Lake", "cable bridge Lingbo", "Jizhao Temple", "bamboo waterfall", "Emerald corridor" and "suspended plank road".
Yixing Bamboo Sea Scenic Spot stretches over 800 Li across Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Anhui provinces. It is known as "the first bamboo sea in East China". It is a representative scenic spot of Chinese bamboo scenery, bamboo customs and bamboo culture.

Animal resources
There are not many animals in Yixing Bamboo Sea Scenic Spot, but there are several rare species. Peach blossom jellyfish, known as living fossil, grows in Jinghu Lake. Tree frog, a national third-class protected animal, was found in Maolong lake. Crispy snake lizard, a rare species, was found in bamboo sea scenic spot. Later, Yixing agriculture and Forestry Bureau cooperated with relevant personnel of bamboo sea scenic spot to release crispy snake lizard in bamboo forest, which effectively protected this rare animal.

Zhuhai Jinghu
In the bamboo sea, between the two mountains, the mountain stream water and natural rainwater converge into a small "Mirror Lake", with an area of 30000 square meters, a storage capacity of 150000 cubic meters, and the deepest 10 meters. The water of the lake is clear all year round. Bamboo grows in the water and water flows among bamboo. Jinghu Lake and the continuous bamboo sea match each other.
The peach blossom jellyfish, a coelenterate of 1.5 billion years ago, grows in Jinghu Lake. It is the treasure of freshwater jellyfish and is known as the "giant panda in water". It has beautiful shape and ancient history, and has high scientific value and ornamental value.
The "jellyfish Pavilion" at the corner of Jinghu Lake is the best place to watch peach blossom jellyfish. From August to November every year, thousands of peach blossom jellyfish gather in the water below the "jellyfish Pavilion". The big ones are about the size of a dollar coin. Most of them are about the size of a contact lens. They stretch and swim. The limbal membrane is covered with fine cilia. The umbrella body is like a petal blooming in the water. It is crystal clear and beautiful.
The first peak in South Jiangsu
Located at the junction of Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Anhui, Yunv peak is the highest peak in southern Jiangsu, with an altitude of 611.5 meters. At the top of the mountain, you can see all around. The mountains are gloomy and beautiful. The breeze is blowing slowly. You can see all the three provinces at a glance. It is very instructive.
Maolongchi
There is a clear spring on the top of the jade girl peak, which does not dry all the year round. It is called Maolong pool. It is the result of the accumulation of underground mountain springs. Because the bamboo sea is the remnant of Tianmu Mountain, where the vegetation is luxuriant and water resources are rich, a huge underground water storage source is formed. Even if the drought lasts for a long time, the trees can get nutrients. Tree frog, a national third class protected animal, grows here.
The first source of Taihu Lake
Because Hufu mountain area of Zhuhai scenic spot is the closest to Taihu Lake, and the valley is the most obvious, the stream from Zhuhai mountain is also known as "the first source of Taihu Lake". The water quality of the mountain spring is extremely pure and can be drunk directly. According to experts, it contains a variety of healthy trace elements, such as germanium, lithium, selenium, calcium and so on.
Jizhao Temple
Jizhao temple is hidden in the bamboo forest and close to the ancient trees. The trunks of two old Sapa trees and ginkgo trees are strong and their twigs are old and luxuriant.
Standing in front of Jizhao temple, the Millennium gingko tree has a diameter of 5 meters, a height of more than 30 meters and an ancient age. In the middle of the branch, there is a parasitic tree, which has a diameter of 60 cm and a height of about 15 meters and survives on the nourishment of Ginkgo biloba for thousands of years.

Development of scenic spots
In 1998, Yixing City concentrated funds and manpower to build the Bamboo Sea Scenic Spot in Hufu town. By means of government guidance, financial subsidies and mass efforts, Yixing City vigorously cultivated bamboo forests, continuously improved the coverage rate of Phyllostachys pubescens and enriched its varieties by retaining bamboo shoots to raise bamboo, expanding whip in Jue Garden and transplanting mother bamboo.
In 2013, the scenic area was equipped with ecological landscape highway, sewage treatment pipe network, power supply and communication facilities, and new scenic spots such as baizhuyuan and China bamboo culture museum were developed.

Self driving route
Nanjing self driving route: take the airport expressway Hangzhou exit, follow the Nanjing Hangzhou Expressway to Hangzhou, you can see the obvious red tourism mark exit in the annex of Yixing.
Self driving route from Wuxi to Yixing Zhuhai: from Xiyi Expressway to Yixing, go along national highway 104 to Dingshan, then you can see the road sign to Zhuhai. Go straight out of Wuxi, along the 18th bend of Taihu Lake, go to highway S342, and turn right to national highway G104. Hehe, it costs 10 yuan to go to Yixing for the first time. As soon as you enter Yixing, there is a road sign. When you go all the way to the right, it says 12 kilometers. When you go to a church, you have to turn left. Where it says 15 kilometers to the bamboo sea, the road is right. The road is the bamboo sea. It's about 115 kilometers from Wuxi to Zhuhai, about 1 hour 30 minutes to 2 hours.
Zhangjiagang to Yixing Zhuhai: take Xizhang highway to Wuxi, pass Taihu avenue through Wuxi City, go straight along Huanhu road to Mashan, and then turn to Qianhu highway, only 25 kilometers away from Yixing.
Bus routes
Tourism Line 1: City Station - Best Hotel - International Hotel - Yixing Hotel - Yixing Hotel - fenkou road - Chuanbu - Ceramic Museum - Zhanggong Cave - yunu pool - Linggu Cave - taozu Holy Land scenic spot - Zhuhai scenic spot. The time is 5:40-17:30, every 20 minutes.
Bus No.49: every 5 minutes from downtown to Hufu, and there are buses from Hufu to Zhuhai scenic spot, every 10 minutes.
