Chunguiyuan is located in the southeast corner of the intersection of Guanhe West Road and Huaide North Road in the center of Changzhou, with an area of 1.87 hectares and a triangular peninsula. Three huge copper murals, including famous professors of Changzhou Fu, three tripods of Changzhou imperial examination, and academicians of Changzhou two academies, as well as seven groups of bronze sculptures, including Xiao Tong, Liu Xie, Chen Ji, Zhao Yi, Duan Yucai, Lu simian and Fu Xue classroom, fully show that Changzhou has always had a prosperous literary style and a large number of talents. The scenic spots such as Dai Yue, Fengchuang Xiaodu, Lvyu Minglun, Zuoshui Linliu and Pingxing Guiyu fully reflect the cultural heritage of Changzhou as "a place for thousands of years of study and a modern learning city".
