Chendu thatched cottage is located in Jingchuan Park, named after the reading place of Tang Jingchuan, a famous Anti Japanese hero and writer in Jiajing period of Ming Dynasty. It was founded in September 1989. The tomb is 105 meters long, with cedars, Bauhinia, Longbai, haitongqiu, guazihuangyang and Hypericum flowers planted on both sides, embellishing the solemn and solemn atmosphere of the Anti Japanese national hero.

Through the archway of the tomb of Tang Jingchuan, we can see that there are a pair of horse, tiger, sheep and stone statues on both sides of the passage, which exactly shows the identity and status of Mr. Jingchuan's Imperial military minister. In the center of the passage is the 7-meter-diameter circular Tomb of Mr. and Mrs. Jingchuan, and on both sides is the tomb of Tang Xuzhao and Tang Xuliang Returning from Jingchuan's tomb road is Mr. Jingchuan's reading room (also known as Chendu thatched cottage). There are Wuyan building (that is, Jingchuan's former reading room), langyun Pavilion named after laoyun Taoist, Yaxi Pavilion (stage) and Chunchi hall In the middle, there is a voice controlled music fountain, a pool and a 280 meter long water winding path corridor. There are two full moon doors on the wall of the west chamber. There are many murals and celebrity stone carvings, which can be described as antique.

Development history

Chendu thatched cottage is located in Jingchuan Park, named after the reading place of Tang Jingchuan, a famous Anti Japanese hero and writer in Jiajing period of Ming Dynasty. It was founded in September 1989. It is located between Huayuan new village and Qingtan new village in southwest suburb. Covering an area of 200 mu, the park is the key cultural recreation and entertainment center in our city, and also the second largest park in our city. In the park, there are provincial cultural relics protection unit Tang Jingchuan's tomb, Jingchuan's reading room, modern comprehensive entertainment area and other scenic facilities.

Mr. Jing Chuan

Ming Shunzhi was born in Changzhou in 1507. He was a Jinshi at the age of 23 and became an editor in the Imperial Academy. Tang Jingchuan was not only a famous litterateur in Ming Dynasty, but also an outstanding militarist and anti Japanese hero. He was skilled in knife, sword, riding and shooting. Qi Jiguang, a famous Anti Japanese general, said in his Jixiao Xinshu that his gun law was learned from Jingchuan. He personally supervised the sea division to stop the Japanese pirates overseas, made many achievements, and was appointed governor Dai Fengyang. There are 7000 square meters of lawn beside Jingchuan tomb.
