Through the construction of "Chenghe Yueliangwan downstream wetland protection area (Dagong Changxiang), Chenghe Yueliangwan wetland ecological exhibition area (Changxiang Chengtou bridge), Chenghe Yueliangwan upstream wetland restoration area (Chengtou bridge guliyuan), Chenghe culture exhibition area (South Bank of Chenghe wetland), park service management area (Fangzhuang, Chengtou, Changxiang)", the river wetland protection area around Chenghe is constructed Tourism system.

It mainly contains "one corridor, two gardens and three districts". "One corridor" refers to the wetland ecological corridor of Chenghe Yueliangwan (Changxiang Chengtou bridge), "two parks" refers to the Lijing Ecological Sightseeing Park of Fangzhuang section and the soybean cultural sightseeing park on the South Bank of Chenghe; "three zones" refers to the downstream wetland protection area of Chenghe Yueliangwan, the upstream wetland ecological restoration area of Chenghe Yueliangwan and the Chenghe cultural exhibition area. The existing scenic spots of Yueliangwan wetland park include: wetland ecological corridor in the middle reaches of Chenghe Yueliangwan, Islamic compound, Lijing ecological park and Chenghe soybean Culture Exhibition Park.
