Shengshuiliang scenic spot is located in Daqingshan national ecological protection zone, baoheshao Town, Hohhot City, about 30 kilometers north of Hohhot City, with an altitude of 2150 meters, an hour's drive from the urban area of Hohhot. There are alpine grassland, Zhao Great Wall, primeval forest, Grand Canyon, natural cave, strange slope, Northern Wei tomb and other scenic spots in the scenic area. The Dayao cultural site of Paleolithic human activities is here. Shengshuiliang scenic area is also a resort for leisure, recuperation and summer resort. It belongs to the back garden of Hohhot, a part of Daqingshan Mountain in the Yinshan Mountains of central Inner Mongolia, where the CCTV hit TV series Genghis Khan was shot.

Beautiful scenery

In the scenic area, the vegetation is dense, and the rolling mountain ridge is covered by natural birch forest and pine forest. The scenery is very beautiful and the weather is extraordinary. Half shady slope covered with unknown shrubs, we carefully walk through them, about noon, to the top of the mountain. Looking around, the sky is like a sapphire, spotless. In front of the boundless alpine meadow, horses are eating leisurely, and white sheep are playing freely on the green carpet. Qianshubei and Genghis Khan film and television city have a panoramic view.

Genghis Khan movie

Genghis Khan, once a popular TV series on CCTV, was shot here. It is the first location shooting base in Inner Mongolia. The film and television city is mainly composed of three antique buildings, namely the castle area, the gate of imitating Juyongguan, and the Jinding tent. It is close to the mountains and rivers, adjacent to pines and cypresses, and stretches for more than 10 kilometers, with a total construction area of more than 13800 square meters. Located in the south of beishuiquan village at the foot of Daqingshan Mountain, the castle area is composed of the city wall, city gate, wall fort and tower. It is divided into three layers and three sections from east to west. It is an unclosed building imitating the style of the ancient city of Western Asia. The South of the castle area faces the world-famous Dayao cultural site across national highway 110. Through the ancient beacon tower and the great wall of Zhao in the Qin and Han Dynasties, you can see another antique building of the film and Television City, the gate of Juyong Pass. Xiong is more than 2000 meters above sea level. The ancient castle on shengshuiliang is built along the ridge. It is winding and majestic, and has a unique charm. On the top of the mountain, about two kilometers away from shengshuiliang castle, there is a golden tent with a domed roof and a Mongolian yurt style, backed by the Obo, which is used to collect holy water from the Mongolian people. Genghis Khan means "the great chief with all sides of the sea". This outstanding statesman and militarist in the history of the world has made great achievements in promoting the process of world civilization, and the insights left to the world are thought-provoking. Shengshuiliang also has many scenic spots, such as reservoir, natural cave, strange slope, great wall of Zhao Dynasty, Tomb of Northern Wei Dynasty and so on.
