Former residence of Liu Guanxiong

It was built in 1923. Before liberation, it was the residence of Liu Guanxiong and his son, the first chief of the Navy. After liberation, it was taken over by the Tianjin Municipal People's government and used by Tianjin 22 middle school. Now it is used by the branch of Tianjin University of Finance and economics. Covering an area of 9.190 mu, it is a European style building with a basement of brick and wood structure. There are three buildings in total, the middle building, the West Building and the north building. The middle building is the superstructure of the imitation aircraft carrier, the West building is the cruiser, and the north building is like a telescope.
