The Industrial Park base is located at Yiheng road of Yuancun, Tianhe District, next to the exit of Huanan express Yuancun, and guangfanglian Industrial Park (formerly Guangzhou No.2 cotton mill). It is a cultural, technological and Creative Industrial Park led by the state-owned assets management department of Tianhe District government. Based on the original Guangzhou No.2 cotton textile factory, the park is upgraded and transformed as a whole. It is planned to develop the park into a creative park with distinctive characteristics, and become a demonstration park for Tianhe to implement the adjustment strategy of retreating from the secondary industry to the tertiary industry.
