Kaiyuan Grand Theater is located opposite to Shenzhou bird garden in the south section of Taishan Road, Luohe City, Henan Province, with a construction area of 5000 square meters. As the main venue of the 14th National "village head" forum, it is a comprehensive venue integrating performances and conference affairs.
