Shiwan spring

Shiwan spring is an irregular water bay made of Taihu Lake stones, and the spring water is relatively mild, so the spring Shiwan spring looks particularly beautiful. The spring water reflects the many blooming flowers beside the spring and the antique snow tower in the green trees, which makes it more elegant and quiet.

The white snow building on the north side of Shiwan spring pool was built in memory of Li Panlong, the leader of the "last seven sons" in Ming Dynasty. Li Panlong (1514-1570), a native of Licheng, Jinan, is a native of cangming. He advocated the cultural retro movement and wrote many excellent five character, seven character poems and quatrains. In 1556, he left Shaanxi Province and returned to his hometown as deputy envoy of Chahar. He built a white snow building and studied. Among them, he wrote the collection of Mr. cangming.

Shiwan spring is located in Baotu Spring Park, north of the snow tower. The stele of famous spring in Jin Dynasty and the poem of 72 Famous Springs in Ming Dynasty are all included. It is named for the huge stone revetment, which looks like a water bay. The original pool has been silted up for a long time. It was restored in 1977. The pool is 10 meters long and 10 meters wide, and 1.5 meters deep. It is connected with Zhanlu spring. It is built with stones. It is adjacent to rockery in the south. The rock on the Bank of the pool is engraved with the name "Shiwan spring". There are potted lotus plants in the pool.
