Cai Gongshi memorial hall is located at No. 370, Jingsi Road, Huaiyin District. It was originally the place where Cai Gongshi died in the May 3rd massacre. The exhibition in the hall focuses on the May 3rd massacre and Cai Gongshi's deeds. Since its free opening to the public on May 3, 2012, the CAI Gongshi memorial has received more than 150000 visitors from all walks of life, including more than 100000 young people. The function of the patriotic education base has been brought into full play.

Cai Gongshi memorial hall has five Titles: "Shandong patriotism education base", "Shandong social science popularization education base", "provincial cultural relics protection unit", "Jinan patriotism education base" and "Jinan Party member education base", and has been selected as the special topic of Anti Japanese War Memorial Hall on www.wenming.com.
